Hypnotherapy


Hypnotherapy allows you to release, identify & make changes while being in a place of deep mindful relaxation in a safe place.

It is a natural state of mind while experiencing a quality of relaxation &  heightened & selective sensitivity perceived by the senses.

You will only enter this state if you wish & with the help of the therapist can make changes in your life, whether it be more relaxation, release of old patterns/ addictions or increased self confidence & self esteem., you will decide together what you wish to achieve and make steps towards your goals.

It is easier to let go of old restrictive patterns/ relationships with yourself and others if you focus on positive goals, moving from fear to courage . You can achieve so much more than you have previously thought. Our thoughts are very powerful and can create both positive and negative changes in our body mind and soul. If we change our thoughts we can change our lives.

Our society is so goal/ success orientated that it is easy to strive for perfection thus paralysing us in a state of indecision and anxiety. Loosening up and learning from occasional perceived failure can really ease our quality of life. Also recognising our patterns and protective mental mechanisms will help us to regulate our mood and nip possible depression in the bud.

Being honest with ourselves and being aware of our feelings, whatever they are is an important step towards health and wellbeing. Your choice.

Hypnotherapy runs alongside counselling to help you to make the changes that you are ready to make.

It is very effective when the timing is right. Releasing and reframing  old trauma can also be a possibility .

Jill will use it alongside NLP to further help the effectiveness of the session.

 A first session is usually spent getting to know you and your lifestyle/ relationships and needs. After which a short session of Hypno/relaxation for you to experience. Subsequent session or sessions are then spent in trans hypnoses to suit your needs.

You can be yourself in these sessions which can give you useful tools for life.
