When I first met you, just after the 1st lockdown I was at my heaviest ever weight. I was totally fed up - literally!
During my weight loss journey I have faced lots of changes and upheavals : both my lovely sons left home, having lived in our family home for more than 30 years my husband and I moved to a different town (imagine packing & sorting through 30 years of memories), I lost my darling Dad and last but not least became unemployed.
